Each year, the project hires a graduate fellow and intern with the goal of providing them opportunities to learn from experienced professionals in the audio preservation and oral history fields. We recruit recent HBCU graduates for these roles, helping to infuse new energy into preservation, public history, and archiving.
The HBCU Radio Preservation Project, a multi-year effort to foster an ethos of preservation at HBCU radio stations, is accepting applications for the position of 2027 HBCU Radio Preservation Project Fellow.
