A panel of HBCU archivists/librarians will present case-studies that address the process of radio preservation at their respective institutions, including how materials have been made accessible and discoverable as a part of their collections.

Preserving Our Futures: HBCU Radio Learning Laboratories
A roundtable to explore HBCU radio has flourished and will continue to do so in the future, in part because of its relationship with academic programs typically housed in schools of journalism and communication, which makes it possible for students and community members to create and develop on-air programming as well as content in the age of digital media, particularly at a time when podcasting has become critical.
