In late September 2026, the HBCU Radio Preservation Project field team will travel to Petersburg, Virginia to help preserve the history of WVST at Virginia State University. This visit includes inventorying, packing, and shipping audio materials for preservation in coordination with station leaders and library personnel, as well as training 2026 Summer Interns in these archival practices.
